Regular business hours are defined from 7:30am to 5:00pm pacific standard time Mon-Fri.

All technicians are autorized to work up to 10 hours per day if needed. Over time charges will only incur when your Technician advises you that he is going into overtime rate, and our customers then authorize the Technician to continue working to complete the job
*All labor times are determined by SRT Manuals used by vehicle manufacturers when they are available.
Any time outside of our normal operating hours, time starts from the time the call was received. Emergency roadside is any time at all if you are broken down on the side of the road and require assistance, or when CHP has put you "Out of Service" at the scales for an immediate repair.
Mileage is charged on any After Hours or Emergency Roadside Assistance call for service. The first 15 miles are free, any thing there after is charged. Mileage is charged from Downtown Riverside, Ca.
DOT Inspections, BIT Inspections, Bus Inspections
This inspection is required Annually by the DOT.
This inspection does not include lubrication of vehicle.*
This inspection is required per CHP and is required every 90 days.
This inspection does not include lubrication of vehicle.*
This inspection is required per CHP and is required every 45 days.
This inspection does not include lubrication of vehicle.*
*Lubrication of Chassis is charged at 1/2 hour labor, plus supplies.
